New owners, Bob and Susan, have created a vacation home that includes all of the amenities and comfort anyone could want.
High elevation and constant trade-winds assure cool comfort, year round. From the deck or pool, enjoy spectacular sunrises and breathtaking views of Coral Bay, BVI's, and Drake's Passage.
The house is 1350 square feet, and can amply accommodate 6 people in 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 baths.
Coconut Hill cottage is centrally located in laid back Coral Bay, with it's quaint gift shops, live music, and great restaurants. St. John's legendary white powder North Shore beaches are only a beautiful 10 minute ride away.
If you like to hike, you'll enjoy the close proximity of Bordeaux Mt. Trail, which leads to one of the most beautiful hidden Nat'l Park treasures, Lameshure Bay, where you'll enjoy great snorkeling.

High Season Rates (Dec 15 - Apr 30):
$250/night for 2 guests; additional guests are $35/night
Low Season Rates (May 1 - Dec 14):
$225/night for 2 guests; additional guests are $25/night
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, President and Easter Weeks: higher rates apply
