Awaken at Pelican Beach to amazing sunrises here on the peaceful Coral Bay side of St. John USVI. Pelican Beach, one of the few St. John vacation rentals available directly on the beach, features fabulous outside living spaces with breathtaking views, cool evening breezes and almost daily visits from soaring, diving pelicans. At this unique, waterfront St. John accommodation, you will be lulled into peaceful bliss by the sound of the surf, both day and night.  

Spend a lazy afternoon under the Seagrape tree canopy on our deck directly on a beautiful pebble and sand beach. Gazing out on the clear blue and aqua tranquil waters, don't be surprised to actually see a fish swimming by or to be dazzled by the air acrobatics of a leaping eagle ray. The semi private beach is available within footsteps from the grounds with some of the best snorkeling on the island because it is seldom disturbed. You never know what to expect from the amazing sea life.  
Relax in our round gazebo, with its comfortable large furniture, and absorb the panoramic views from Tortola (BVI), East End (St. John), Flannigan Island (US) and Norman Island (BVI). Sun bathe during the day or dine in the evening shade on our large deck, just above the Seagrape trees. 

Pelican Beach is a large waterfront home with a separate vacation rental unit. Owners are on premises in the upstairs section of the home. Captain J can arrange to take you out snorkeling to remote US Virgin Island destinations on Serena Sea, a 1959 Gilligan's Island type boat. If fishing is an interest, a newly acquired fishing boat can be chartered for half day or full day trips. Private yoga classes and massages can be provided on the premises.
The newly remodel indoor living space provides two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and a ceramic tiled bath with laundry facilities. The owner's sister is an artist, so unique touches can be found throughout. The furnishing and artwork reflect the owner's significant travels throughout the Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

Wind down after a day of snorkeling and swimming in the screened in living room with amazing views and evening breezes. To finish off that busy day of vacationing, relax in your bedroom to watch a movie or favorite TV show. Each bedroom has its own cable TV with over 100 channels.

The landscaped grounds include a variety of palm trees, flowering plants to attract humming birds and many species of cactus and succulents. Herb, vegetable and flower gardens are placed all around the grounds.
Miss Lucy's restaurant is a very short walk for evening dining, Sunday Jazz Brunch or a casual lunch from this one of a kind vacation rental on St. John, USVI.
