I would like to thank Thia for all her help over the past couple of weeks. We had originally planned a trip and were all set for our vacation. However, due to construction issues at our original Villa our trip did not materialize the way we had planned. Being a family of five, and working on a fixed vacation budget, I became increasing worried about the success of our planned trip. I called Thia to find out what were our options and she assured me that everything would be OK. Several hours later we had a place to stay, at the same price, and all was good in the universe.
